PRACTICE

Chicago Collaborative Psychotherapy provides comprehensive therapeutic services to Chicago area adults.

While many forms of therapy can be effective, some place a focus on immediate, short-term relief. At Chicago Collaborative, the pursuit of long-term growth is valued. I believe that establishing and maintaining nurturing relationships is central to psychological wellness. I am committed to providing experiences that promote insight, enhance connections, and create lasting change.

I am conveniently located in the Loop with evening availability. I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.

Approach

My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in psychodynamic theory, which focuses on understanding how our emotions, patterns of behavior, and earliest relationships have impacted us. This approach provides an in-depth understanding of problems and is supported by extensive clinical research. Journeying with clients as they gain insight and create meaning continues to be a rewarding endeavor.
